Unfortunately we don’t have the capacity to store things ahead of the event days themselves – our storage on site is very limited. We’re more than happy to recieve things on your behalf on your event day from your hire start time.
The venue allows for a maximum of 250 people in the venue at any time, to include catering, staff, security, entertainers and event management staff. Based on the above, our maximum stated capacities are 220 for a standing reception and 200 for seated lunch or dinner, subject to your event requirements, build and catering plans.
Our standard, full-day venue hire permits access from 08:00 – 00:00 (last drinks at 23:30).
Please note that our premises licence can permit access until 00:00 on Sunday – Thursday and until 02:00 on Friday – Saturday (last drinks 30 mins prior). Should you wish to request a live event extension, this is possible subject to availability and an additional hourly venue hire cost.
The venue is not licensed for civil ceremonies. However, wedding receptions and private parties on weekdays and weekends are possible.
We are a dedicated event space, meaning we are not open to the public as a restaurant or leisure space. We are only available on an exclusive hire basis.
We are more than happy to accommodate live bands that adhere to our noise management parameters. Our entertainment partners at Vibration Production and FullCircle would be delighted to suggest entertainment options for your event.
The venue is served by a large goods lift (2.8m x 1.4m) which delivers direct access to the Back of House space from one of the Power Station’s loading bays.
